To ensure the most refined and safe experience for all our guests, please review our studio policies carefully before booking your bespoke aesthetic ritual.
Permanent Makeup Policies
All services must be scheduled through our online portal. A consultation is required for all new semi-permanent makeup clients to ensure our artisanal approach aligns with your aesthetic goals and skin health.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit as we curate our schedule to provide undivided attention to each client.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Out of respect for our artistry and other clients, we cannot accommodate arrivals more than 15 minutes late. No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount and may be restricted from future bookings.
Deposits
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward your total service balance on the day of your aesthetic ritual.
Touch-Ups
Semi-permanent makeup is a two-step process. A perfecting touch-up is recommended 6-8 weeks following your initial session to ensure long-lasting, subtle, and elegantly defined results.
Health & Contraindications
Your safety is our priority. Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing specific health conditions may not be eligible for PMU. Please consult your physician and our specialist during your bespoke consultation.
